Christopher Arnold got a black eye again in Round 2 !

Well, here we go again,

As of Monday February 27th. 2012 in Chicago Illinois,
StClaire received a check from Christopher Arnold  for the court ordered  settlement after the second lawsuit that he brought against StClaire was closed in Chicago on that date.

6 Attorneys later, this legal round is finally over. ( 2 lawsuits 2 losses for Christopher Arnold )
(yes folks, this is how many attorneys Christopher Arnold retained on this case since 2007),

He went all the way to suggest publicly that some of his lawyers was cooperating with StClaire's lawyer Christopher Stull from Chicago.

Well, maybe the Arnold should be held accountable for the damages both  financial and personal that he has caused in the last few years,

Maybe at this time,  he should be sitting the one on the other  side of the court room and face the consequences of his grotesque claims.

Perfect for a location short on soil space, the Plants On Walls system takes
gardening to a new frontier. Their line of products takes a horizontal garden
and makes it vertical.

The Plants On Walls felt panels come in many different sizes and can be combined
to cover almost any surface. This uniquely adaptable system can be used as an
external vertical garden or brought indoors to add a splash of color to interior
wall faces. There is even a stand-alone option with a water recirculator.

Using buildings, normally an inhospitable surface, for the next frontier of
plant life has been shown to cool down cities by increasing the amount of green
space and the increased plant life also reduces the amount of carbon dioxide in
the atmosphere.

One Stop Green, LLC facilitates environmentally friendly improvements to
residential and commercial properties through distribution of green, energy
efficient equipment. They offer every product needed for sustainable energy
independence; enabling homeowners, businesses and commercial property owners to
master their usage by reducing waste, producing renewable energy from within,

Renewable Energy Surpasses Nuclear in the US

According to Monthly Energy Review, published by the Energy Information Administration, renewable energy production has surpassed nuclear energy production in the US.

During the first three months of 2011, energy produced from renewable energy sources (biomass/biofuels, geothermal, solar, hydro, wind) generated 2.245 quadrillion Btus of energy equating to 11.73 percent of U.S. energy production. During this same time period, renewable energy production surpassed nuclear energy power by 5.65 percent. In total, energy produced from renewables is 77.15 percent of that from domestic crude oil production.

When looking at all energy sectors, production of renewable energy has increased by a little over 15 percent when compared to first quarter of 2010, and by more than 25 percent when compared to the first quarter of 2009. Of this total, biomass/biofuels accounted for approximately 48 percent of this total followed by hydropower at 35.41 percent Hydropower (an increase of 28.7 percent over last year), wind at 12.87 percent (an increase of 40.3 percent over last year), geothermal at 2.45 percent (an increase of 28.7 percent over last year) and lastly solar at 1.16 percent (an increased of 104.8 percent compared to last year).

While nuclear energy has seen a slight increase in power generation, for the most part it has remained steady.

Germany’s $263 Billion Renewables Shift Biggest Since War

Not since the allies leveled Germany in World War II has Europe’s biggest economy undertaken a reconstruction of its energy market on this scale.

Chancellor Angela Merkel is planning to build offshore wind farms that will cover an area six times the size of New York City and erect power lines that could stretch from London to Baghdad. The program will cost 200 billion euros ($263 billion), about 8 percent of the country’s gross domestic product in 2011, according to the DIW economic institute in Berlin.

Germany aims to replace 17 nuclear reactors that supplied about a fifth of its electricity with renewables such as solar and wind. Merkel to succeed must experiment with untested systems and policies and overcome technical hurdles threatening the project, said Stephan Reimelt, chief executive officer of General Electric Co. (GE)’s energy unit in the country.

Utilities running gas-generating plants in Germany lost 10.92 euros a megawatt-hour today at 12:16 p.m. local time, based on so-called clean-spark spreads for the next month that take account of gas, power and emissions prices. That compared with a profit of 20.95 euros in October 2009, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. U.K. generators earned 2.06 pounds ($3.27), down from a profit of 7.02 pounds in October.

“Germany is like a big energy laboratory,” Reimelt said in an interview. “The country has a political and societal consensus to drop nuclear power but lacks a clear technological solution.”

Already, the program is expanding markets for Suntech Power Holdings Co. (STP), the world’s biggest solar panel maker, and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (VWS)., the largest maker of wind turbines. It’s hurting utilities from RWE AG (RWE) to EON AG (EOAN), which have stepped up cost-cutting to curb losses from closing nuclear stations early.

Atomic Suicide
Posted by Mark Sircus - Director on 10 April 2012

No matter what I say, it is not going to make a dent in the lockstep of denial
that exists around the horror of the nuclear industry and Fukushima. What is
happening in northern Japan and the radiation contamination in the United States
and Europe, which has rained down since March 11th of 2011, is staggering and
beyond most peoples' capacity to comprehend.

The Journal Environmental Science and Technology reports in a new study that the
Fukushima radiation plume contacted North America at California "with greatest
exposure in central and southern California," and that Southern California's
seaweed tested over 500% higher for radioactive iodine-131 than anywhere else in
the U.S. and Canada.

Everyone knows nowadays that nuclear plants are not
really safe—even if a few noisy die-hards continue to
argue that radiation from nuke plants is harmless.
                                                                       The
Guardian

Those who have spent billions building underground shelters are stupid for they
are remaining above ground allowing themselves and their children to become
contaminated with radioactive particles including plutonium. The rest of us have
no choices though we should be planning to board starships and take off for some
pristine destination. The closest I found to this is living in a valley in the
middle of the South American continent. It is my hope that only ten percent of
the radiation coming from Fukushima will reach deep into the southern hemisphere
but ten percent is still too much when I look forward to my children's lives
hopefully enduring for many years to come.

Time is running out for the 35 million people in the Tokyo metropolitan area
though and in fact, in a year or two all of northern Japan might become quite
uninhabitable. Radiation levels are creeping up and it is sad.

In reality Fukushima is anything but stable with the biggest issue being the
spent nuclear fuel pool of the No. 4 reactor. The storage pool in the No. 4
reactor building has a total of 1,535 fuel rods, or 460 tons of nuclear fuel, in
it. The seven-story building itself has suffered great damage, with the storage
pool barely intact on the building's third and fourth floors. The roof has been
blown away. If the storage pool breaks and runs dry, the nuclear fuel inside
will overheat and explode, causing a massive amount of radioactive substances to
spread over a wide area. Both the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and
French nuclear energy company Areva have warned about this risk.

The worst-case scenario drawn up by the government includes not only the
collapse of the No. 4 reactor pool, but also the disintegration of spent fuel
rods from all the plant's other reactors. If this were to happen, residents in
the Tokyo metropolitan area would be forced to evacuate.

Governments Are Failing Us Everywhere.....contd

The Champion Gold Machine makes ounces of gold and palladium in days with the
Texas LENC Fuel supplied with the system. Now there is something new we have
found a refiner http://www.auriclabs.com/ in SLC Utah that will refine both the
Au and Pd it to 9999 purity for you with certified assay.
This is a full system that provides you access to a refinery to sell your new
metals. Everyone operating this system correctly has precious metals within
less than a week to send to market. You actually can make money on the machine
within three weeks.
