We are also NOT academic advisors and have nothing to do with academia per se. If you are a graduate student or foreign student, please consult your advisors for information pertaining to future employment in the U.S.

The purpose of this group is to provide continuing education information for clinical bench technologists. These are technologists trained to work in hospitals and private laboratories, for the most part. We post links, pictures, and any other information that can educate and help them to obtain needed continuing education credits required for their jobs. It can also become a forum for exchange of information having to do with clinical microbiology, virology, mycology, parasitology, and mycobacteriology. Hopefully we will all have fun sharing information with other lab technologists from many different locations and backgrounds.
