Welcome to the High School Science Teacher Group. It is an extention of the Middle School Science teacher Yahoo! user group.

We are a diverse group of High School Science Teachers, student teachers, teachers between jobs, and college professionals that have joined a Yahoo! user group to help ourselves and most importantly our students. This group was specifically requested as an off-shoot of a 2,300 member Middle School Science Teacher Yahoo! usergroup. We number around 300, but are steadily growing.

We already span the globe.

We can't go on teaching in isolation. In this day and age, there is no need. We can't close the door and believe that we teach the best lessons in the world, know all the facts, and are the experts at everything. We simply aren't, at least the best of us admit it.
