Welcome to Vestigia! We are a Fortean-phenomena research organization created in 1976 by IBM computer scientist and NASA Apollo Project Engineer Robert Jones to scientifically examine reports of UFOs, Bigfoot, ghosts poltergeists and earth light mysteries in the New Jersey/New York area. With the assistance of such prominent investigators as Peter Jordan, John Berkenbush, Art Steinberger, John Connors and Dick Larken, Vestigia made ground-breaking discoveries in several areas of paranormal research.
The group's work in isolating, identifying and photographing Spook Light manifestation in rural New Jersey (the Hookerman Lights) laid the groundwork for current scientific theories about early energy/plasma formations and their relationship to reports of paranormal phenomena.
