The line screen is determined at the time the job is output (Film or plates?). I don't know what you mean when you say "My line screen is 200 in inDesign" Dot

Option-Command-I will get you to the Image Resolution in Photoshop. To completely remove the banding in Photoshop you could Add Noise (Filter -> Noise -> Add

I think the resolution is too high, and it's causing an interpolation anomaly. I learned the hard way. Make the resolution twice the final, plated line screen
