Description

The AVConnection is dedicated to the memory of Mary Walbrick, Co-Manager of this group who passed away in January, 2005. Mary will be missed and remembered as a pillar of the African Violet community world-wide. Lynda Welchel AVC Founder and Manager. ===== This is a mail group created for people that grow and show African violets. Anyone interested in reading mail concerning African violets is invited to join this mail group. This mail group was started in June 1998 and has been enjoyed by complete novice growers up to experts in the field of growing our favorite plant. All questions, comments, and answers are welcome.

Visit as often as your like. Should you decide to join this group, please introduce yourself by posting a message telling about what country, state, or city you live in to help others understand your growing conditions. You might mention your favorite type of violet, are you a new grower, etc. Your introduction to the group may be as long or as short as your desire. It is totally up to you. It is not necessary to participate in discussion to join. You can participate if you wish at any time. Feel free to ask questions, answer questions, comment etc. This is YOUR mail group dedicated to the plant we all love. Enjoy.
