Here are some start tips:

1. Set very attractive signup conditions (most features free) for a
few months.
2. Invite all your friends to join.
3. Post on related message boards, discussion groups.
4. Banner & link exchange.

Starting a dating online website does not guarantee income from the
beginning. You must build your member database in few months and
then you'll have a business that grows and generates almost by
itself.
