I want to create a website in which a "member" must pay to make a
profile, but profiles are open for the public to view and if
possible visitors to the site can register for a smaller fee in
which some content on the members profiles are hidden to only
registered members.

Profiles will have the following...
-Avatar made with their own images
-Photo gallery of a limited number of pictures
-Possibly a video gallery or link to youtube
-One or more areas of text content that the member can change
-Shows specific content fields in which visiting people can search
against (city,state,affiliation,sex,age,etc.)
-A rating system in which visitors can submit their input (5
stars,kudos,etc.)

I DONT NEED... members to be able to contact each other, make
friends with each other, private message, blog, forum, comment....

I want visitors to be able to view random, recently made , and top
rated profiles maybe via a slide show on the front page and/or a
member search area. I have a few other options i want to have but im
sure if i can find something that will be able to handle the above
then other options i want will be available as well.

MY PROBLEM is that i looked at some systems and everything i see to
find either doesnt have what im looking for or im just over looking
things.

If anyone can suggest a tutorial, script, software or ANYTHING that
i can use that would be GREAT! i could use in order to do what i
need that would be great.In theory what im trying to do should be
VERY simple and either i just suck or im looking in the wrong
places.... PLEASE HELP!!!!!
