This groups has been created to discuss molecular biology techniques and theory. It is part of the resources provided in the Molecular Biology Notebook also home to the Beginner's guide to Molecular Biology.

The Molecular Biology Notebook is a compendium of resources for the teaching of Molecular Biology. It has simulation software and course material. It was developped at Rothamsted Research, UK, and is distributed by the Association of Applied Biologists.

Hi, Dealing with viral load is a difficult thing. Try to convert the value into Log10 than compare the two results. It should not exceed + or - 0.5 Log between
