Position Description

We are looking for an integrous, creative coder to maintain and develop
web-based applications on either a part-time or full-time basis. We are a small,
tenacious team that enjoys what we do and expect that you will too.

You will be sub-contracting and may telecommute from anywhere with a reliable
internet connection and phone service. Given this flexibility, self-motivation
and timeliness are essential qualities. Our current lead programmer is an RIT
student graduating in 2006. You will have day-to-day interaction with him and
with our project manager. We value friendly and open communication.

Our keystone product is a modular content-management system (CMS) that allows
our clients to maintain their websites. It is also the framework on which our
web applications are built. Modules range from simple (calendar, news, photo
gallery) to complex (university's student database, shareholder manager). You
will be maintaining existing modules -- fixing bugs, adding features -- and
developing new ones using our framework as a base. You will be given ample
opportunity to create innovative solutions that utilize cutting-edge web-based
techniques. You will also help to maintain osCommerce-based online stores.

Hourly salary based on experience and level of productivity. This position is
available immediately.
