A******* c BT is seeking a dedicated hardworking web developer with seo
experience. The web developer will be responsible for producing creative web
designs, making client website updates, graphic creation, search engine
optimization and e-newsletter design. The applicant will also be responsible for
researching web sites, formatting documents, analyzing and aggregating data,
researching link popularity, analyzing keywords and assisting with client
maintenance reports. Responsibilities may change over time based on the needs of
the company and on the employee's skills and interests. Applicants should be
energetic and personable with excellent organization skills and high attention
to detail. We offer a fun, relaxed environment with many opportunities to learn.

A******* c BT is a fast-growing web development/hosting/marketing company
focused on small to medium sized businesses. The success of our business is
dependent on keeping our clients well-informed and happy. We are looking for
someone who will help maintain the high level of service our clients have come
to expect. Our business hours are Monday - Friday 8:3*-5:30.

Requirements:
Minimum experience 1+ year
Possess strong design and layout skills for the web
Proficiency with Graphics software (Photoshop, ImageReady, Fireworks, etc.)
Comprehensive understanding of HTML (Dreamweaver) and search engines
Data analysis and error-free attention to detail
Must possess a good understanding of the Internet
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
In-depth experience with Microsoft Word
Dependable and professional
Motivated, quick learner
Minimum 2 yr degree or 2 yrs of college
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to work independently
Ability to recognize tasks that need to be completed and willingness to take
responsibility for them.

Additional Skills (desired):
Successful search engine optimization experience
Experience with web statistics programs and log file analysis
Experience with dynamic web sites (ASP, PHP, JSP, Cold Fusion etc.)
Copywriting experience
Experience with SEO sales
