Good verbal and written communication
Bachelors degree in graphics, graphic art, web design related curriculum
Experience with content management systems required
Expert in the full Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver required
Knowledgeable in web integration (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ActionScript etc.)
Knowledgeable in the design and wire-frame process
In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, Flash, JavaScript, familiarity with PHP
Strong sense of web design style, color, layout, and typography
Strong understanding of image optimization for the web
Able to manage workflow and deadlines of multiple, simultaneous projects
