Looking for an IT Staffing Business Development leader to
help us expand our business in the U.S.


[This telecommute employer] specializes in Information Technology Staffing (both
full-time and contractors) throughout the U.S.. We have been in business for six
years and developed a large base of customers. We are looking to expand our
business in the U.S. for 2009 and are looking for a commission only Business
Development Leader to work for us Coro to Corp.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work on the side of their
current job, or while working their way through college or would like to work
full-time. This job will require absolutely no travel – what is needed is a
strong understanding of IT staffing and the ability to develop new business.

To qualify for this opportunity the Business Development Leader must have the
following:
Position requirements:
- Must be a successful hunter and closer with a minimum of three years of
developing new business and selling IT staffing services
- Have a proven track record of identifying and closing new business, experience
dealing with executives such as: “C” level leaders and have excellent
communication, negotiation and presentation skills and the ability to travel as
needed.
- Must have a good working relationship working with the Fortune 1000 companies.
- Must be able to understand customer’s needs and develop detail requirements.
- Must be able to develop and execute customer contracts for both short and
long-term deals.
- Must be able to develop a detail new business plan with monthly updates.
- Must have highly developed problem-solving capabilities with strong
organizational and analytical skills.
Must have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or Computer
Science.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
