THIS IS A WORK-AT-HOME PROGRAMMING JOB:

We are an internet marketing firm looking for experienced
Search Engine Optimization (SEO ) Search Engine Marketing ( SEM ) specialists
with knowledge and experience in the latest on domain and off domain practices
and trends, including SMO (Facebook, twitter and so on) and other Viral
Marketing methodologies.

The position will support and manage SEO. (Sales may be secondary or in the
future) The position is home based. The successful candidate will have an
entrepreneurial spirit, be a self starter that be excited about helping clients
achieve positive ROI through use of the latest techniques in internet marketing.
This candidate will be motivated to stay current in these techniques. The
candidate will be motivated to grow his/her skills and career; growing the
company in the process. The candidate will be motivated by our potential for
him/herself and the company.

Compensation will be salary plus incentives and based on experience and results.
We can offer full benefits with medical, vision and dental. Hours are flexible
and Holidays and reasonable vacations are paid. Position is full time.

About MOS: We began in 2002; as a spin off (through co-ownership) with a
national staffing firm in business since 1994. MOS has been profitable since
day one, has no debt, and has grown every year. Our "internet marketing"
service covers SEO, SEM, PPC, viral etc.; as well as web design and web
development. We are positioned to grow this line exponentially; this position
is a key part of that. Based in Oklahoma, we have operations nationally and
internationally.

What we will be looking for:
• Thorough knowledge of SEO trends with on and off domain experience
• A minimum of 2 years full time SEO experience for a medium to large size
company, or equivalent freelance work
• Proven track record with documentation of previous work.
• Blogging experience a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM trends, methods and best practices with experience in
monitoring search engine algorithms as they change.
• Experience with Google Ad Words, Yahoo Marketing Services, MSN Ad Center, and
other second tier search engines preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of current search engine algorithms/methods.
• Basic understanding of programming (CSS) and Web design, and how it affects
SEO
• Holistic understanding of how Websites work, how search engines work, and how
to maintain and improve traffic.
• Experience in multiple verticals and managing client meetings and projects.
• Client facing skills including preparing and delivering presentations
• Experience with email marketing and digital brand reputation management.
• Experience in utilizing analytics tools to analyze online marketing campaigns
in order to improve ROI.
• Ability to monitor quality assurance of SEM advertising presentation across
three key engines, website link checking and landing page functionality.
• Ability to research and implement latest industry trends and best practices.
• Experience in supporting SEO sales.
• Hands on experience in SEO sales and marketing a plus.Good written and oral
communication skills.
