Core Deliverables and Responsibilities:

The qualified candidate will perform the complete project lifecycle for business
intelligence projects at client sites including development of business data
retrieval strategy and process definition, conceptual architecture design,
physical architecture design and implementation, query and report development,
deployment of the business intelligence solution, and documentation creation.
You will provide functional and technical services to customers across multiple
Oracle applications while providing specific Oracle E-Business Suite Application
expertise to our customers as well as other Noetix resources. Will interact with
Customers, Sales, Consulting, Software Engineering, Customer Service, Marketing,
Business Development, and Product Management.

Position Qualifications:

· A minimum of 5 years experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Applications is
required.

· Ability to travel 6*-80% on short-term and long-term engagements (Weekend
travel will be avoided unless absolutely necessary)

· Must be able to travel with minimal notice.

· Functional/Technical knowledge of Oracle ERP applications – specializing in
Oracle E-Business Suite Manufacturing Applications.

· Expert SQL coding experience

· Some proficiency in Microsoft technologies including but not limited to
Windows NT, Windows 2000, IIS, ISAPI, SQL Server; DTS (Data Transformation
Services), Host Integration Server

· Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training

· Project Management (minimum of 2 yrs. experience)

· Excellent inter-personal skills with ability to communicate at the C- level at
customer sites.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities

· Ability to train users in a classroom setting and effective knowledge transfer
skills in non-classroom setting

· Experience with complete software development lifecycle methodologies
including Strategy, Analysis, Design, Build, Train, Deploy and Maintain

· Experience with two or more reporting and data analysis tools such as: Oracle
Discoverer, Cognos Impromptu, Brio Query, Business Objects Universe or Crystal
Reports.

· Development experience with two or more RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase,
I******* x, DB2)

· General Unix knowledge, Citrix a plus

· Knowledge of Business Intelligence theories and concepts

· Knowledge of Data Warehousing theories and concepts

· Business development and/or sales experience

· RDBMS theory and application

Education / Training / Certification:

Bachelors or equivalent experience, Computer Science or Information Systems
preferred, MBA or Masters in Information Systems a plus.
