New York advertising agency seeks to expand online by
building core development team to begin fast-track building of new interactive
website/dot com company. Concept has been reviewed by venture capitalists and
has been very well received. We have been encouraged to build a small team to
begin developing the site in exchange for an equity stake. We are seeking to
build a company nucleus that is dedicated to this project and can contribute
significant time over the initial 180 days of build and rollout. Team must
include programmer, web designer, and code writer. We are also seeking
individuals expert in viral marketing, legal, and business planning to help with
the further refinement of the plan. Qualified university students will be
