Just now I test with FF1003 It has 4 black ln scales and 4 red ln scales range move hairline to 1.003 of ln-2 scale align 3.6 on CI scale move hairline to left

... Those marks stand for seconds (") and minutes (') of arc. Use them to convert small angles to radians. For example, how many radians are 5 seconds of arc?
