This is an intermittent issue but usually occurs daily. The system is Window 7 64 Ultimate (Workstation) .. SQL Server 2008 developer or SQL server 2005

It is and was meant to be a coded message that the Refresh status is at times (in determinant) (sic) , which in English means that sometimes (not all the time)
